As far as i know, there are no international programs in English in this field but there is the option of studying in Hebrew.
You can apply for a degree program at The academic college Tel Aviv and The Haifa University.

I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article (in Hebrew) about the programs, admission, different schools which offer those programs and more.

Keep in mind that you'll have to be fluent in Hebrew in order to get in.
