Hello Biruk,

There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short term courses and training programs that can fit all of you options, among them: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Centre, The Centre of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.

As far as i know, there are no Bsc degree program in agricultural sciences in Israel, only Msc programs.
