I didn't understand what is it you're looking to study - environmental studies or a medical degree? As far as i know there are no programs that offers both.

There are a few institutions which offer medical programs, among them: The Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University, The University of Haifa, the Ben Gurion University and more.
In order to study medicine in Israel you must first complete your pre med studies.
Candidates need to present a GPA of at least 3.4. and MCAT scores (or their equivalent in case students are not from the US) with scores of above 27.

There are a few schools and institutions in Israel which offer special programs for international students, among them programs for environmental studies.

The schools which offer a master degree in environmental studies are: The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv University, University of Haifa, Ben Gurion University (Be'er-Sheva), Weizmann Institute (Rehovot) and Arava Institute for Environmental Studies (Kibbutz Ketura).
I advise you to contact them directly so you together you can find the best program for you.

Candidates will have to present an undergraduate degree with a GPA of 3.0 or 80 higher, recommendation letters and a personal essay. In case the candidate did not complete his undergraduate studies in an English speaking country he will have to pass an English proficiency test.

As far as i know, as an M.D from mexico there is no problem for you to train in Israel.
As I've said in my previous message you'll have to contact the hospitals directly in order to apply.
