As far as i know, The Bar Ilan University id the only one who offers an international criminology program but in order to get more information about it you'll have to contact them directly through their website.

If you're looking for a law degree - There are a few schools in Israel that offer an LLB program for international students: The University of Haifa, The College of Law and Business in Ramat Gan and The IDC Herzliya.

Applicants for a full LLB program must present their high school diploma and their SAT scores. The application must also have a short essay and two recommendation letters. The Admission for a semestrial or a yearlong program is based on the law students grades at their original ongoing programs abroad.
