There are a few schools and institutions which offer different short courses and training programs to international students, visitors and professionals, among them a few which offer courses in your field - The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each school and institute offer different programs, some shorter or longer than others, some offer financial aid and scholarships and some don't so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.

I advise you to contact all of them because as i said before each course and program is different so one might offer something the other can't.
