Hello Ananta,

There are more than a few schools ad institutions in Israel which offer different training programs for international students, visitors and professionals. Among them you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
I advise you to contact all of them to get the as much information as you can about the financial aid they can offer but i'm pretty sure there are no free courses - may be partly funded but not free.
