Hi there
I, Vipesh, work as Horticulture Development Officer in Department of Horticulture, Punjab government. I am posted as farm manager at govt potato seed farm, Ludhiana, supervising and managing farm operations. Our department and Israel is running some centre of excellence projects in vegetable production domain in Punjab. I have deep sense of respect for Israel and for their interventions in field of agriculture specifically and in S&T innovations, and start-ups particularly. I have studied a little and watched few lectures on foreign relations of Israel and India, how it is taking shape in this new dispensation in India? I genuinely seek an opportunity to take hand on experience in field of agriculture and policyaking through a fellowship training to serve the larger goal of better India-Israel mutual relationship. Kindly direct me and provide an opportunity to visit and learn in Israel and gain some hand on experience how technology and innovation gave rise to this great nation.
Regards Vipesh

Fellowship and training programs in horticulture
Hello Vipesh,
There are more than a few schools ad institutions in Israel which offer different training programs for international students, visitors and professionals. Among them you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you. I advise you to contact all of them to get the most information.
