The scholarships changes between the different schools so if you already chose where is it you wish to study all you have to do is contact them and ask for guidance about the process you'll have to start in order to apply for a scholarship.

You haven't told us if you're looking for a master or a bachelor degree so it's a bit hard for me to be more specific about the details.
