Dear Sir/Madam

I've recently finished my master's degree in Civil Engineering at the The Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto.
Since I visited Israel, I always had a great desire to return.
Could you please tell me if I'm eligible to any program (internships/Post Grads Programs) available at the current time?

Hello Martim,

There are a few institutes in Israel that offer postgraduate programs (or doctorate) for international students, among them: The Hebrew University, The Tel Aviv University, The Ben Gurion University and The University of Haifa. All of those institutes offer different programs in the fields you've mentioned and all of them also offer different internship positions.
