Aliyah, Ulpan and engineering programs in Israel
Hello David,

First of all regarding the Ulpan - there are no special requirements for it (you have to be a part of an aliyah process).

Regarding the engineering studies - I will be happy to help you but i need to know what program you're looking for (Bsc or Msc) and what field of engineering is the one you wish to study and practice.
