There are a few institutions and schools in Israel which offer special BA programs for international students. Among those you can find a few which offer BA programs in business administration: IDC Hertzelia, The Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University and more.

Admission changes between schools but in any way, all candidates who did not finish their high school studies in an English speaking school or country will have to pass an English proficiency test such as TOEFL with a score higher than 550 or its equivalents. Most schools will also take under consideration your high school grades, especially in mathematics and English. High SAT scores (or the equivalent) are also a plus, but most schools will accept applicants without them.
