If you wish to contact the different farms in Israel you must do it by yourself through their websites.

If you're looking to increase your knowledge in the field of agriculture you can choose a short course or a training program in one of the different schools in Israel which offer them.
Among those schools you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
