There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short term courses and training programs for international students, visitors and professionals. Among them: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
I advise you to contact all of them to get the most information.

Heep in mind that in Israel, prawns are considered not Kosher so not all institutions will have programs which involve them.
