First i must say that if you got a full scholarship at The Ben Gurion University don't give it up - It's a great university and it's a privilege to get a scholarship from them.

If you still want to study somewhere else and you're talking about a degree program - Without the living cost it's around 10,000-20,000 Dollars a year depending on the program.

Regarding the deadlines and application forms you'll have to contact them directly.
