In Israel, there is only one school which offers a veterinary degree program- The Hebrew University (in the Rehovot branch).
The university, does not offer courses in English - only in Hebrew, so i advise you to contact them through their website for more information about the program.

Please let me know if this is what you meant because your message is unclear and i'm not sure what kind of program are you looking for - a degree or a training program.
