masters in child development

As far as i know, the only university in Israel which offer an international master degree program in child development is The University of Haifa.

Candidates will have to present a BA in relevant academic disciplines related to social services for children: social work, occupational therapy, speech and language pathology, physical therapy, nursing, early childhood education, psychology, and law with a GPA of 80% (3.0) or more.
