Courses and masters tracks in agriculture
Hello Seth,
In Israel you can study for masters in agriculture in several universities, including The Hebrew University (Jerusalem), Ben Gurion University (Be'er Sheba) and Wiezmann Institute (Rehovot). These programs are studied in English. In order to apply you need to have an undergraduate degree in subjects such as biology or life sciences. However, some institutions may accept students with sufficient professional background.
As for the short training courses, these usually span several weeks and are meant for professionals in agriculture. The requirements vary between the different institutions, You can choose between the Golda Meir Institute, Arava Institute, TAITC and the Israeli Meteorological Service.
I have attached a link below my answer to some more info on the master's tracks available. I hope you find a program suitable for you. If you have any more questions, we are here to help. Simply fill in your contact details in the yellow guidance tab and we will return to you.
