I'm not sure we will have the specific course you've mentioned but there are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short term courses in the field of agriculture(which include farming).

Among the different institutions: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
