As far as I know, medical internships are only for doctors in Israel.
If you're looking for an internship in Israel there are a few institutions who offer international programs, like the Ben Gurion University, The Tel Aviv University, The University of Haifa, The Hebrew University and more.
In order to find out which one could offer you the best program you'll have to contact them directly through their websites and submit all you diplomas and documents.
