MSW programs in Israel and other study programs

As far as i know, The Tel Aviv University offers a special, international MSW program.
It's a 10 months program entirely in English especially for international students.

Candidates who wish to apply must present an undergraduate degree with a GPA of 3.0 (80) at least.
In addition they will have to send at least two letters of recommendation, a personal essay and an updated resume. Non-native English speakers must pass an English proficiency test like IELTS or TOEFL.

Regarding you friend - As far as i know, the only institute in Israel who offers an international bachelor degree in pharmacy is The Ben Gurion University.
If he want more information about the program he can find it all (in English) on their website.
