I'm not sure we will have the specific course you've mentioned because we are not in northern India but there are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short term courses in the field of agriculture.

Among the different institutions: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
