I didn't understand your question - You wish to stay where you live and study from there (long distance) or are you planing on coming to Israel?

As far as i know there are no long distance programs but if you are planning on moving here there are a few programs and school that might fit you.

There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short term courses and training programs in the field of agriculture, among them you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
I advise you to contact all of them to get the most information.
