Receive my warm regards from Nairobi, Kenya-East Africa.
I am a graduate of Office and Information Management, honours, from Makerere University in Kampala-Uganda and wish to pursue a Masters in Business in Israel.
As such, I would wish to know the admission period and if there exist scholarships for needy postgraduate students from developing countries.

International MBA Programs in Israel
Hello Mwangi,
There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different MBA programs for international students. Among them: The Bar Ilan University, The Tel Aviv University, IDC Herzliya, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and more.
The different institutions decide whether or not to accept a candidate based on their undergraduate GPA (that must be at least 3.2), their GMAT scores and different recommendation letters they present. Another important thing is that in case students did not complete their undergraduate studies in an English speaking country, they will have to take an English proficiency test, like TOEFL.
Each of the institutions I've mentioned above offer different scholarships for international students, especially those who come from countries that are considered poor or in crisis. If you want more information about each scholarship you'll have to contact them directly.
I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different programs and schools you can choose from, the admission and more.
