As far as i know the only institution who might have a program that will fit you is the Hadassah medical center which offer different international programs in the field of medicine - including nursing.

I advise you to contact them directly through their website in order for you to find out if it is what you're looking for.

Unfortunately, as I've said, this is the only school which offer an international master degree program in nursing.
