There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short term courses and training programs in the field of agriculture, I'm not sure they will have exactly the course you're looking for but I'm pretty sure most of them can offer you a training that will fit your needs.
Among those institutions: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
