There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short and long term courses or training programs in the field of agriculture which also include livestock - all in English especially, to international students, visitors and professionals.
Among those institutions: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each institution offers different courses, for example: agricultural meteorology, rural agriculture, agriculture education and more.

I advise you to contact all of them because as i said before each course and program is different so one might offer something the other can't and some of the, can also offer you scholarships and financial aid options.
