As far as i know the Hebrew University in Jerusalem is the only one who currently offer a master's program in nursing that can fit international students.
In order to get more information about it you'll have to go on their website (where you can also register if you choose to).

Regarding the Master degree program in science - There are a few institutions which offer different programs, among them: The Technion, The Hebrew University, The Ben Gurion University, The Weizmann institute and more.
