programme for next summer at the intensive Arabic Language level

Hi! I am starting a MSc in Middle Eastern Studies programme at the University of Edinburgh in September. It focuses mainly on Arabic Language and culture of the Arabic speakers in Israel. I am Jewish and have lived in Israel before. I need to find a programme for next summer at the intensive Arabic Language level with it being immersion and where I will be interacting on a constant basis with Israeli Arabic speakers. I will have been taking intensive Arabic speaking and reading and writing for 8 hours a day from September to May 2016-2017 school year. I do not want to go to a programme in an area or travel back and forth to a programme that is hostile to Dati Leumi Jews. I am very identifiably Jewish as are my kids. I need to live there with my kids and my dog. I need to get the programme approved and aligned with the U of Edinburgh. Please reply right away.
