As far as i know Nefesh B'Nefesh is offering a medical ulpan in Jerusalem.

The course include 300 hours of study over a period of 3 months - 5 days a week). The Ulpan is for anyone in the medical field, such as: doctors, nurses, dieticians, biologists, psychologists, pharmacists, vets, lab technicians, chemists, biologists and biotechnology professionals.
You can apply for this Ulpan if you have been in Israel for up to 10 years, if you are a medical professional and you have an Ulpan Alef level of Hebrew (at least).
