Hello,
My name is Chris Cromeyn and a friend and I are interested in studying biblical Hebrew for two weeks this summer in Israel while at the same time visiting some sites. I (male) am a US citizen aged 47 and my friend (female) is a Hong Kong citizen aged 36.

Is there a program you can recommend and can you give an idea of the cost.

Biblical Hebrew studies in Israel
Hello Chris,

The Hebrew University of Jerusalem offers a Biblical Hebrew program for graduate students in 2 different levels: Intermediate and Advanced.
Each level takes one year so if you need to start from the first one and graduate both it will take you 2 full years.
In order to get in to the program candidates must present a bachelor's degree with a 3.2 grade-point average or the equivalent.

I advise you to contact the university directly to get more information about the course, admission and more.
