Internship for credit/course

What kind of internship are you looking for?

I didn't understand completely what you're looking for.
There are a few institutes that offer internships for Israeli students and international students but each of them offer different programs in different fields. Without knowing what kind of internship you're looking for it's very hard to advise you about the best one for you.
Regarding the credit - If this internship is a requirement from your university they would have a list for you with options to choose from so maybe you should try and contact the head of your department as well.
