In Israel you can find different program for people who wants to study English - some of them are through private schools like Berlitz, Wall street and The American school and some are in the different universities (The Tel Aviv University, The Ben Gurion University, The Hebrew University, The University of Haifa and more).
As we are a study forum i can't help you find a job but i can tell you to contact the schools i just named to get more information about the programs they offer and where you can fit in as teachers in those programs.
