As far as i know no school or institute in Israel offer special courses in radiology for international students.
With that note i'm sure hospitals around Israel does offer fellowships and training courses but that is information that only the hospital itself can provide you as a trained general medical practitioner so i advise you to contact the hospitals that interest you the most and apply to get more information.
