I see that this degree is open to those who have an undergraduate degree in history or social sciences. Can I still apply to the program if I have an undergraduate in Philisophy? I feel that I have a case as to why philosophy would be applicable in studying something such as national security. This field requires critical analysis which I believe a degree in Philosophy provides.

If you want to find out if you can apply for the master degree in national security and terrorism studies even when you don't have the required background you'll have to contact the school (where you wish to study) directly and they might be able to help you.
