What is it you wish to study?
Hello Aster,
Many international students come to Israel study and work - they apply for the program they want and then after arriving they start looking for a part time job (you must first learn at least a little Hebrew). Keep in mind international students with a student visa can only work 20 hours per week.
It's also important to know that most international programs also offer different scholarships.
Please let me know what is it you wish to study and i'll do my best to help.
Best regards, Noa

How could we study Hebrew?

Ulpan program for learning Hebrew
Hello,
You can learn Hebrew in the different Ulpan programs that are offered in Israel or through short courses that are held in some of the universities.
The short courses usually span 1 - 2 months. They are held at institutions such as The Hebrew University, Haifa University and Tel Aviv University.
Ulpan programs are available in different areas of Israel, like Netanya, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
I have attached some more information for you below my answer; you can read all about the different programs. If you still have questions, you can fill in your details in the yellow tab below and we will come back to you.

Cell and molecular biology studies in Israel
Hello Aster,
Do you have any knowledge in this field? previous academic background? If so, there are a few institutions in Israel which might fit you: The Technion in Haifa, The Tel Aviv University, The Ben Gurion University in Beer Sheva and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Each of those institutions have different admission but in general candidates will have to finish a Master's thesis track in a known academic institution in the world, their grade average must be at least 80 (B), and the thesis grade must be 85 or higher (the equivalent of "Very Good").
The programs are in English but if you wish to study Hebrew you can try the different Ulpan programs or even the university in which you want to study at (they usually offer different Hebrew courses for international students).
I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the PhD programs in Israel, admission, institutes and more.
