There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short and long term courses or training programs in the field of agriculture - all in English especially, to international students, visitors and professionals.
Among those institutions: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each school and institute offer different programs but because you are a group i assume they could create a course tailored made just for you (depending on your needs, financial frame and timetable).
I advise you to contact them directly to get more informationa about the different programs they offer so you could choose the best institution for you.
