Judaism studies in Israel
Hello Yilmaz,
There are several Universities that offer BA programs in Jewish studies. Most of these tracks are around a year but some are open for just one semester. During these programs you can participate in courses that deal with Jewish Thought, history, philosophy, Holocaust studies and more.
You can choose between Tel Aviv University, Bar Ilan University , The Hebrew University or The University of Haifa. The candidates' GPA in previous studies is usually taken into consideration during application.
Regarding the Giur process - I'm not sure you'll need a degree in Jewish studies for it because it's not related to the academic world. In order to do Giur you must contact a Rebbi at your country and ask him about the process that changes with each candidate and his background. I've attached some more info for you to read on Jewish Studies as a link at the end of my message.
