Hello John,

As far as i know there are no master degree programs in electronics systems in English in Israel, but there are a few institutions which offer a master degree in computer sciences - The Hebrew University, The Ben Gurion University, The Technion and The Weizmann Institute.
Each institute offer different programs scholarships and admission so I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different programs and institutions you can choose from.
