Hello Michael,

There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different Arabic learning programs, among them: Berlitz (all over Israel), Masa program, The Hebrew University, The University of Haifa, The Tel Aviv University and more.
Each program is very different from the other so I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about those programs and institutions you can choose from so you could find the best one for you.
