There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short and long term courses or training programs in the field of agriculture - all in English especially for international students, visitors and professionals.
Among those institutions: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each Institutions I've mentioned offer a different program so in order to find out more about the cost you'll have to contact each of them directly (by phone or through their web site).
