There are a few schools and institutions in Israel which offer different Hebrew courses, among them: Ulpan Kibbutzim that takes place in no less than 8 different kibbutzim in Israel, The Hebrew University, Levinsky College and more.

Each of the schools and other institutions I've mentioned in my previous message offer different payment options and scholarships to students that come from countries that are considered very poor.
If you are considering Alya some may also offer you the program for free.
