There are a few schools and institutes in Israel that offer different short term courses and training programs in the field of agriculture - all in English especially for international students, visitors and professionals.
Among those institutes: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each school and institute offer different programs, some shorter or longer than others so Iv'e attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
I advise you to contact all of them because as i said before each course and program is different so one might offer something the other can't.
Regarding the funding - you'll hav to contact each institute directly because each of them offer different payment options and some of them may also offer you a scholarship.
