Hello Prince,

There are a few institutes in Israel which offer degree programs for international students, among them The IDC College in Herzliya that offer a bachelor degree program in computer sciences (CS).
As far as i know this institute is currently the only academic institution that offers a complete track in English so if you don't speak, read and write in Hebrew this is the best program for you.
If you are fluent in Hebrew the situation is completely different because there are a few institutions that ca offer you the option for a masters degree in computer sciences.
