There are a few institutions in Israel that offer courses and degree program for international students but as far as i know only one of them offers a master program in religious studies - The Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
This is a 2 year program specially designed for international students who wish to study religion from a wide array of historical and cultural perspectives.
The program offers a unique chance to study the three great western religions in Jerusalem. The program focuses on the religions and cultures of the Mediterranean region in Late Antiquity and enables students to encounter a broad range of religious phenomena.
