Professional course Crop growing for commercials

I like no degree, but, a certificate for hands on commercial crop growing in semi-arid area in Uganda, East Africa.
I am a retired family man with land of 50 acres. twenty acres I have planted trees and grow seasonal crops (maize and cassava) on the rest.

I need to maximise output with crop growing, however, by not using greenhouse.
Can you tailor a course to my requirement it could even be by email only to pay a visit to your college for some practical skills as you may design.

kindly advise if this is possible. We could be many fo this type of training which is likely to change a certain status of the society with better feeding and income thus create a middle class in the country for better prospects.
