Post graduate programs in Israel
Hello Chris,

There are a few institutes in Israel that offer post graduate programs (or doctorate) for international students, among them: The Hebrew University, The Tel Aviv University, The Ben Gurion University and The University of Haifa. All of those institutes offer different programs in the fields you've mentioned.

Regarding the Visa and scholarship - as far as i know you are a valid candidate for a great scholarship because the different institutes in Israel offer all kinds of scholarships for international students from countries that are considered poor or in crisis and you will probably get a students visa once you'll apply for the studies you'll choose.
