I'm from Kenya but currently studying Russian language in order to enroll for a medical course in a Russian medium but I'm opting to change the country due to the international standards required for a medical degree. So can my situation pose a challenge for enrolment to a medical university in Israel? Is it possible to get a scholarship or loan to pursue the degree for an international student?

Study medicine in Israel
Hello Bahari,
Before i tell you about your options in Israel it's important you'll know there is no Bachelor's in medicine in Israel for international students - in order to study medicine in Israel you must first finish your pre med studies.
There are a few institutes in Israel that offer medical programs for international students, among them: The Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University, The University of Haifa, The Ben Gurion University and more.
If you'll present a GPA of at least 3.4. and MCAT scores (or their equivalent in case students are not from the US) with scores of above 27. you have a chance of getting in to The Hebrew University of Jerusalem that have accepted in the past international students that are not from Canada or the US.
I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different schools that offer medical programs for international students in Israel but in you case it's better to call them to make sure you can apply before you go ahead and register.
