Is there a program that allows for work while studying?

Like many other countries international students in Israel can stay in Israel on a students visa that allows up to 20 hours of work in a week (part time job).
It's important to know that in most places they will require you to speak Hebrew in a decent level (at least).

If you are looking for financial aid you should also keep in mind that all institutes in Israel that offer courses and tracks for international students also offer different scholarships for them.
