How apply for israel university in agricultural biotechnology?

As i said in my previous message i advise you to first choose a field of study and than apply for the program because there is no program for biotechnology and agriculture.
You should also know that in order to study in Israel (in any field) you must speak, read and write in English and pass a proficiency test to present your level.
