Scholarship for foreign students in Israel
Hello Frank,

There are few schools and universities in Israel that offer special programs for international students. Among them you have a few that offer a master program in national security and terrorism: The Tel Aviv University and The University of Haifa.
The program is in English and it includes Modern Strategic Thought, Arab-Israeli Conflict, International Powers and the Middle East and more.
The programs are open to students and candidates who completed their undergraduate degree in history or social sciences with a GPA of 80 (3.0) or above.
All courses are in English so the candidates must present or pass pass an English proficiency test.
All institutes offer scholarships and financial aid for international students that are considered poor or students that come from countries that are considered poor.
For more information about those scholarships you'll have to contact each institute directly because each of them offer a different scholarship.
